The window
You may return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition
Shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all tags attached. Please try them on a carpeted floor — soles that show wear cannot be accepted.
How to start
Email info@fourteen.com.eg or call 01020141414 with your order number. We will arrange collection or give you the return address.
Exchanges
The most common exchange is a size change. Tell us the size you need and we will hold it for you while your return is on its way.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or instant wallet.
What cannot be returned
Sale items marked final sale, and anything showing wear.
