Find your size
Measure your foot at the end of the day, when it is at its largest. Stand on a sheet of paper, mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, and measure between the two marks in centimetres.

Between sizes?
Take the larger size. This is the usual advice for closed styles and for anything with a heel.
